BRYAN CASTLEBERRY

President

Bryan Castleberry, a third generation entrepreneur is a successful business man and father of three. From early in life, his unique childhood wrapped around the family ranch along with his own business exploits have given him an unparalleled perspective on life. From the Cattle and Exotic Animal Auction businesses to the Dot com sectors and some crazy ventures in between, Bryan operates his successful construction business and is diligently preparing for the fourth generation to come aboard.

 CANDICE

Operations Management

With more than 15 years of combined knowledge in accounting, finance, payroll, loans, and bank auditing, Candice is referred to as the “Construction Draw Queen” here at Castleberry Properties.

Candice returned home to the Texas Hill Country in late 2018 after transferring around the U.S. East Coast for more than a decade. She’s held federal employment for the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy, as well as a longstanding position with Navy Federal Credit Union. Candice began working for Castleberry Properties in early 2019 overseeing business operations and contracting, offering executive support, and managing all-things money. She is well-known for her creativity and teambuilding, keen attention to detail, critical thinking, usefulness, and overall versatility.

She is a very proud mom of 2 clever and sensible teenagers and happily married to her high school sweetheart. In her limited free time, you can find Candice golfing, camping and fishing, storm-chasing, and reading true crime.

 CONNOR

Architectural Design & Pre-Build Planning

Homegrown in the great Burnet County, Connor knew how blessed he was to attend Faith Academy of Marble Falls during his adolescent years. After graduating high school in the Spring of 2019, he enrolled into Texas A&M University in College Station to study economics and financial management like his father. In 2023, Connor graduated Magna Cum Laude and proudly in the Top 1% of his collegiate class. Gig’em!

Connor worked alongside his dad from the age of 15, and with time and dedication to his craft, became self-taught in the world of architecture and custom home design. He remains driven and devoted to creating quality-built, customized dream homes tailored to all budgeting needs in this now tricky market.

Connor is the proud son of Bryan Castleberry and the sole brother of two incredible women. In his free time, you can find Connor golfing, learning new skills, playing video games, traveling, or spending quality time with family.

RICKY

Site Supervision

Ricky is no stranger to honor, courage, and commitment. After joining the US Navy in 2007, he served 12 years as an Electronics Technician, completing 4 1/2 years sea service, stationed shore duty in Great Lakes, Pensacola, Norfolk, Key West, and Jacksonville, as well as 2 combat tour deployments overseas.

During active duty, Ricky specialized in radar navigation, satellite communications, safety, maintenance, and command leadership. Ricky was awarded with the following decorations, medals, and ribbons:

Terrorism Expeditionary; Terrorism Service Medal; Good Conduct Medal; Navy Marine Corps Achievement Medal; Sea Service Deployment Ribbon; National Defense Service Medal; Meritorious Unit Commendation; and the Navy “E” Medal.

Following his medical retirement from the Navy, Ricky returned home to Central Texas, securing employment in the construction industry.

At Castleberry Properties, Ricky is responsible for supervising your custom home build process, scheduling, and managing subcontractors.

When he’s not working, Ricky enjoys playing golf, softball, video games and making up for lost time with his wife and two teenage boys.

 ALIANA

Operational Support

Aliana has vast customer relations experience including sales, website design, and property management. She is eager to learn and committed to helping the team and customers alike.

After graduating from high school, Aliana ventured to south Texas to attend college, living closer to the ocean for 15 years before returning to her hometown of Lampasas. She is a born and raised Lampasas High School Alumni, and her family has resided in Lampasas for the last century. She has two beautiful daughters, ages 15 and 3, and prides herself as being a faithful, dedicated, and loving mother. Ali is devoted to assisting her eldest daughter's aspiration of becoming an actress/singer-songwriter, and in 2022, had the pleasure of watching her daughter walk the red carpet for her first theatrical film. 

In her spare time, Ali loves singing karaoke, dancing, playing golf and softball, and binge watching her favorite TV shows.

 NICOLE

Custom Design & Selections

Nicole believes in the power of making your home beautiful. It's what's on the inside that really matters! She got started in designing in 1997, working her way up to a Kitchen Designer at The Home Depot, and now envisions helping to bring your Dream Home Pinterest board to life.

As your Design Center Coordinator, she helps custom homeowners bring out their style and personality with every decision. She truly believes aesthetic wishes can be granted within your custom home on almost any realistic budget.

Nicole has a passion for making things flow, but ultimately, she also enjoys seeing the fulfilled looks on family's faces when it finally all comes together.

She is a wife to her high school sweetheart, the lucky mother of 2 grown boys, and loves fitness and fashion.

SUE

Administrative Support

Sue has been part of the Castleberry Properties team periodically since 1998. She provides administrative support in the office and is greatly valued by her team members for having a positive attitude and genuine soul.

She is a member of the Bethel Extension Education Club, the Burnet County Heritage Society, and regularly volunteers her time with Bertram Church of Christ and Fort Croghan Grounds and Museum.

Outside of working, Sue enjoys gardening and taking care of her five little dachshunds.
